Thank you for visiting and shopping with us at MySerene. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery, Shipping & Returns Policy.
  1. United Kingdom & Northern Ireland

1.1 We provide Standard Delivery on all UK orders. We offer free 2–3 working days delivery on orders.

  1. International Delivery

2.2 We only currently deliver our products to customers in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

2.3 If you are an International shopper and would like our products shipped to you please contact us at info@myserene.co.uk to discuss shipping options.

  1. United Kingdom & Northern Ireland Timescales

3.1 Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays will not be processed until the next working day.

3.2 If it has been more than 3 working days and you have not received your order (UK orders only), please contact our customer services by email at info@myserene.co.uk.

  1. Returns

4.1 Due to the nature of the product and for hygiene purposes we will not be accepting returns.

4.2 If you have received the incorrect product or wrong order, please email info@myserene.co.uk and do not unseal or unwrap the incorrect product(s).
